How can I delete my account?
We take your privacy seriously. You can request the deletion of your DriveBase account and all associated personal data at any time. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Use Registered Email
To prevent unauthorized access and verify your identity, you must request account deletion from the email address registered with your app account.
2. Send Deletion Request
Click the button below to generate a pre-formatted email to our support team. Alternatively, you can send an informal email to support@drivebase-app.de.
3. Timeline & Confirmation
Your profile, entire learning progress, collected stars, driving logs, and minigame history will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our Supabase database within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Statutory Retention Requirements
Transaction and invoice records subject to statutory retention duties cannot be deleted early. Invoices generally have to be retained for eight years under German law (§ 14b UStG, § 147 AO); different periods may apply in individual cases. These records are blocked from normal app use and processed solely to meet legal obligations.
